Double-load a large scruffy with Thicket and Wicker White. Pounce a crescent shape in an area on the book cover that doesn’t cover the title.
Paint rosebuds using a #8 flat double-loaded with Berry Wine and Wicker White. Add chisel strokes to the bottom of the rosebud.
Paint daisies using a #6 filbert loaded with Wicker White. Push the brush down to create the size of petal you want then lift; do not turn. Load a #6 filbert with Thicket, then side-load in a small amount of Wicker White if desired. Press and push the brush away from you to create a leaf. The lighter your touch, the softer the leaves will look. Pull stems in with a #2 script liner.
Paint a string ribbon with a script liner loaded with Metallic Inca Gold. Add Inky Thicket curlicues with the script liner.
